• We ship directly from the Manufacturing and Packaging warehouses of these fine products, so your order could come in more than one delivery. 
• Deliveries originate from our shipping warehouses in:

• Due to the widespread locations of our warehouses, your ground shipment should arrive in 2 to 8 business days, unless a backorder exists on part of your order. Delivery guaranteed in 3-14 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances - Disaster Product are currently experiencing delays up to 30 days due to recent disasters and unusually high demand.
• In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provide us with your order.
• Customers may order with Express shipping. Express delivery quotes begin the first business day after order and payment are received. Express ONLY available in the Continental US
• We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS or similar carrier. These Carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box, so please include a physical delivery address in your order.
• We offer shipping worldwide, but rates will vary to other areas. email for a quote
• APO's & FPO's are considered International orders.

2 Day	This is typical Overnight shipping...order is processed the day after payment is completed, the shipping companies do not count the date of shipping in their description, so an Overnight  Express package will arrive the 2nd business day after order is completed.

Product Warranty, Substitutions & Returns:

One year limited warranty on all products, longer on some items. 

Product & Pricing are subject to change and/or substitution without notice. Such change will not alter in any way the Customer Obligations under the Customer Agreement.

20% restocking fee on all returns & cancellations; only unopened product accepted for return; all returns must be pre-authorized. Shipping & handling paid by customer each way. 

Cancellations must be received before order is processed.

Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date. 

Videos, AEDs & Oxygen cannot be returned.
