Your Own Private Label...

There are many reasons to have your own private label on your first aid kits. It's a great way to keep your business name and message in front of your customer year-round. Maybe you're planning a special fundraiser, promotion, event, or giveaway. The reasons are endless, and so are the design possibilities.

Here are two options:

Ready Labels
Maybe you just need to imprint a logo and/or some artwork. Great. Just choose one of our full-color, pre-printed templates, and we'll imprint your image in black, red, or blue. Minimum order: Varies, depending on application. 

If you'd like to simply imprint your logo/artwork onto a pre-printed, full-color label, simply choose one of the templates below and submit your artwork. (See art requirements below). Each design features two substantial imprintable areas, and the available imprint colors are black, red or blue. * Ready Labels only available on Hard Sided First Aid Kits with Rectangular Labels.

And here's the best news…there's no additional cost (*other than the one-time $50 art setup fee). 

The ready label option is included in your kit price! 

All labels are available in the standard sizes:
Mini: 3.5"x4.5"
Small: 3.375"x5.25"
Medium: 4"x6"
Large: 4.8"x8"

First-Time Orders
There is a one-time $50 art set-up fee.
Minimum order quantity:
96-100 quantity for mini-size kits (depending on case quantity).
50 quantity for all other kits.
6 quantity for 36-unit kits and 2, 3, 4, and 5-shelf cabinets.

Re-Orders
Re-orders with art changes will incur the $50 art set-up fee.
For Re-orders with no changes, no fees! Same Minimum  quantities as above for Re-order.

500 ready label kits maximum... larger orders become "custom" labels

Art Requirements
Camera-Ready
Artwork must be at 100% of size and in black. Please write "red," "black" or "blue" outside the image area to indicate your imprint color choice.

Electronic
Save your file in EPS or TIFF format in one of the following programs: Illustrator 6.0 (or later); PhotoShop 3.0 (or later); Freehand 5.0 (or later). Files must be at 300 ppi, 100% to size, and either 100% black, PMS 186 (red) or PMS reflex blue. (You also may email artwork with label choice, ink color, and order number to: mailto:custom@wholesale-direct-first-aid.com)

MAC: Submit your files on a floppy disk, 88mb SyQuest, 100 mb Zip disk, or 230 mb Optical disk.
PC: Submit your files on a floppy disk or 100 mb Zip disk.

An additional $75 per hour (plus materials and pre-press fees) will be incurred if acceptable disk or camera-ready artwork is not submitted.

Custom Labels
Our custom labels are just that…completely custom and completely up to you. Start with a blank label and design everything to fit your exact needs. You can use up to 6 colors, including traditional 4-color process. Minimum order: 1,000. Details & Prices:

You can use up to 6 colors in your custom design (including 4-color process, if you like). Just provide your electronic artwork on disk in a compatible format (see art requirements below), and we'll produce high-quality laminated labels with your custom design, affixed to the first aid kits you've ordered.

Minimum order: 1,000.

4-Color Process Samples & Prices
Using 4-color process, you can include photos in your design and achieve any color blend imaginable. You can also add up to 2 additional spot colors, if desired.

Price per label includes producing and affixing custom labels to kits. Kit costs are separate.

Spot Color Samples & Prices
Using spot colors is a different approach, which does not include 4-color process and continuous blend color photos.
You specify each color used in your design.
