How do I place an order?

You may order Online, via Secure Credit Card or PayPal

You also may order via telephone, fax, or mail!

  1. No matter how you choose to order, please take a stroll through our website, choose the items you wish to purchase (be sure to note that we sell NO PRODUCTS at retail, every item is available at Online Discount pricing, or Wholesale Direct Pricing in Case Quantities!)
  2. Add everything to your Shopping Cart you may view or modify your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the "View Cart" Button at the top of the page!
  3. When you have added everything you want to your Shopping Cart, proceed to "Checkout"

You will be prompted to enter your email address and a password.

First Time Customers... Click the "New Customer Button to set up your account... Your information is all held privately by us...see our Privacy Policy. This account will allow you to view and track your orders, View your order History for easy re-ordering, and will entitle you to special offers like our Free First Aid Kits, and return customer discounts!

Online Orders

  • Fill in all your Shipping and Billing Information
  • Select either "Paypal" or "Secure Online Credit Card"
  • Click "Next"
  • Choose your Shipping Method from the options available to your delivery address
  • Add any special note in the "Additional Comments" window
  • Review Your Order & Click "Submit Order"
  • Click "Next"
  • Click on the Secure Credit Card Processor Button to transfer to a Secure
  • website and complete your payment!

Phone, Fax & Mail Orders

  • Fill in all your Shipping and Billing Information
  • Select either "Mail In", "Phone In " or "Fax In"
  • Click "Next"
  • Choose your Shipping Method from the options available to your delivery address
  • Add any special note in the "Additional Comments" window
  • Review Your Order & Click "Submit Order"
  • You order will appear again, with an order number assigned to it, Click at the top of the page on "Printable version"
  • Complete all the credit card or check payment information, then either fax in to the number on the form with your signature, Mail in to the address on the order form with you check, or phone in the order to the Toll Free number listed on the order!

Can you send me a catalog?

As an environmental company, we offer no printed catalogs of our products. Our complete line of CPR, First Aid & Safety Products is available, paper-use free, with online discount and wholesale pricing, at this website. We will soon be adding a "Create your own catalog" function, so keep checking back!

To view the status of any order, just click on the "Your Account" Button at the top of any page. This link will let you view the status of your order...if you see have further questions about the order itself, please write to info@wholesale-direct-first-aid.com, if you need more tracking information than what you see, please write to shipping@wholesale-direct-first-aid.com. In either case, please provide all the following information, or just "copy & paste" a copy of your order into the email, along with the information you are looking for!

Our standard shipping guarantee is 3-14 business days, but most orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouses across the nation via FedEx ground or UPS, thereby arriving MUCH sooner, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 3-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping.

You should receive a confirmation email from us for all online orders within 24 hours of your online order stating the shipping time.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

You offer Wholesale Pricing on a case of 12 of the item I am looking for, but I need 15, can I get the same price for the additional 3?

Sorry, we are able to pass these outstanding Wholesale to the Public prices on to you because we are shipping directly from the Manufacturing and Packaging warehouses...these facilities deal in case quantities for large Retailers and Distributors as their regular business. Whenever we are required to "break" a case for a smaller quantity, we have to charge the individual price per item, but as you will see, you are still saving substantial amounts with our Online Discount Pricing for individual items, which is ALWAYS below retail!


Can I get a sample?

Unfortunately, we get requests for samples daily, and could not keep offering our amazing pricing if we had to make up for all this free product and shipping. As an alternative, please feel free to order any samples you desire at the individual price per item, as you will see, you are still saving substantial amounts with our Online Discount Pricing for individual items, which is ALWAYS below retail! If you place a volume order for this item within 30 days, we will credit you the difference!


I want to order large quantities, can I get a lower price?

We DO have yet another price level available... if you are ordering 500 or more of any individual kit, or 100 or more cases of any product, feel free to write in for a Customer Specific quote: quotes@wholesale-direct-first-aid.com


Do you have any retail locations near me?

Nope. Although many of our products are carried at nationwide retailers, no single retailer carries our complete line, and none of them can offer our Online Discount and Wholesale Direct Case Pricing.

One of the main reasons we can offer them at Wholesale Direct Pricing to the public is that we maintain no expensive retail locations ~ We're here, online, with 4 easy ways to order and $AVE!!!

As an online enterprise, we can offer special incentives, lower product prices, and lower shipping and handling, since human processing costs are not involved as they are with retail purchases.

Take the Free First Aid Kit as an example, is only for Online orders, it is an incentive to order online.


Can I order with a Purchase Order?

A large part of the reason we can offer these quality first aid items at wholesale direct pricing to the public is that we maintain no expensive retail locations, and we offer no billing ~ We're here, online, with 4 easy ways to order and $AVE!!! If you must have an invoice in order to pay, you may fax in a Purchase Order, or use the Fax In Form, and we can fax you back an invoice, with terms being pre-payment, for shipment upon receipt of your check. However, our minimum to issue an invoice is a $100 order, and most customers just print out the Mail in form, and submit this to their Accounts Payable for payment.

You may find it a more expedient process to order on a credit card or purchasing card belonging to yourself or the organization, then submitting for reimbursement at your end.


Can I have kits Custom Labeled?

Yes!

We have a great "Ready Label Program" that allows you to have your image printed in any of 4 colors on one of 6 choices of Multi-Color Labels... we do not even charge a fee per kit to do this for you! (There is a one time $50 art set up fee, but no "per kit" charge)

CROSS REFERENCE, CUSTOM KIT AND BID REQUIREMENTS

We do appreciate your commitment to Wholesale-Direct-First-Aid.com and would like to assist you in procuring any additional business. There are a few important points to remember when submitting requests for cross-references, customs kits and bids.

Cross-references

We need a minimum of 5 business days after receipt of any request to complete the task, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, with a due date.
We need to know whom the request is for. This is important for our records.
We need to know the name(s) of the Manufacturer/Supplier to which we are comparing product. If we have their catalog on file it is often helpful.
We need to know the put-up size of the product, i.e. 25/box or 16 oz.

Custom kits

We need a minimum of 5 business days after receipt of any request to complete the task, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, with a due date.
We need to know whom the request is for. This is important for our records.
We need to know if the customer prefers bulk or unitized product, and whether a plastic or metal case is needed.
There is a 100 kit minimum order for custom kits and any pricing given will be based on an order of 100 kits or more. Pricing guaranteed for one year.

Bids

We need a minimum of 5 business days after receipt of any request to complete the task, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, with a due date.
We need to know whom the bid is for. This is important for our records, not only for tracking purposes, but also, so that your information can be filed correctly.
We need a recap of last year’s results on the bid. Please fax recap to (360) 326-1644. This is a listing of who won the bid last year and at what price. You may obtain a recap from the purchaser listed on the bid or sometimes off of the internet. A recap helps to determine pricing, especially on custom kits. We use contract pricing on bids, and we need to know where your cost needs to be, for you to be competitive. We will no longer be able to accept bids without a recap.
We need to know if the bid is “all or nothing”. Can we bid on just some of the items and still be considered? Do you need samples to submit with the bid? We need to know when the bid opens, and the duration of the bid.
If the bid is won, please call the bid department for a reference number to ensure pricing. Please reference the bid name when placing an order.
